How To Order
To order from Piece of Cake, visit our website, have a look at our menu and our options and you can contact us via the options below
Contact us via our social media whether that's through Instagram or Facebook. We try to reply within a day of your message so we can get your order processed quickly.

Once we know what you'd like, we'll organise a date and give you a price for your complete order which can be paid via bank transfer or cash on collection or delivery.

We will then keep you updated on your order - how it's going, delivery or collection, times, etc.
Delivery and Collection

If you're local to Moreton and we can walk to you, then delivery is free of charge.
​
If you're outside of Moreton and we can't walk to you, then delivery charges start at £5.00. If you live further towards the likes of Bromborough and further, then we charge £10.00. However, please message us and check whether delivery to your area is available.

If you prefer to collect, we are based in Moreton and collection is obviously free. We will contact you regarding a time which is suitable for yourself as well as us.
Terms and Conditions​

Please ensure you're clear when ordering what you'd like. Even if you're not sure, sending pictures or links will help so we know what we're baking and you know what you're collecting.

Once we have your message asking for your order, we normally message you a week before to confirm the order (especially if you're ordering in advance). Your order will be cancelled if we don't receive any communication back within a day or two of our message.
​
If you cannot collect your order on the day you requested, please try to let us know the day before. If we're using fresh cream on your order, we normally whip it ready for the day the order is being collected, and the longer it's left, the shorter the expiry date is and the less you can enjoy it.
​
If you don't turn up for your order at all and you've paid, then your order will be resold on and all monies will be kept.
​
If we make a mistake and it's on us, then your order will be refunded completely. If you're not happy with a product (for example, we give you a school cake and the sprinkles aren't the colour you want), then depending on the situation, we will give a partial refund. Every situation is different, and you can always message us if you're not happy; we're easy to communicate with.

If delivery has been requested and you're outside our area, please furnish us with a contact number so our driver can contact you directly if they're outside your house.
​
A deposit for large orders is required and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.
